When will my order arrive?
Each Terra Ave° piece is made to order. Production typically takes 2-4 business days, and shipping takes 7–14 business days within the U.S. Some pieces will require international fulfillment - needing a few extra days to arrive.
International shipping times can range from 10-20 days.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size or preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged or with a printing issue, contact us within 7 days and we’ll send a replacement or refund right away.
